Red Carpet Fashion – Get the Oscars look

By  |  0 Comments

CELEBRITY group selfies, tearful speeches, and dazzling floor-length gowns were very much the talk of this week’s Oscars.
While the men looked dapper in their suave suits and bow-ties, Hollywood’s biggest actresses shone in some of the most breathtaking dresses to be spotted on the red carpet in years.
The majority were sleek and simply, but there were definitely some which stood out more than others.
12 Years a Slave actress Lupita Nyong’o stunned crowds in a pale blue dress which could have been made for Cinderella.

Meanwhile, Hunger Games leading lady Jennifer Lawrence looked phenomenal in a red hot gown which emphasised her curves.
And as per usual, Angelina Jolie looked flawless in a shimmering sequin gown which complimented her golden brown hair.
There’s no denying the fact that, this year, there weren’t all that many fashion faux disasters to be seen at the 86th Academy Awards.

It certainly had us green with envy at the array of sensational dresses, making it impossible to choose an absolute favourite.
However, despite the gowns having price tags that could make even the rich and famous weep, it is still possible to get the celebrity look without breaking the bank.
For those who fancy emulating some of the looks, there is a fantastic dress website which caters for all you ladies looking to be the belle of the ball.
Check out these dazzling numbers inspired by my favourite Oscars looks from www.littleblackdress.co.uk. Now all you need is the red carpet.
