TREND: Step into sports luxe

By  |  0 Comments

IT’S the news we’ve all been waiting for – comfort is officially cool.
Whether it’s shimmering track pants, oversized trainers or sequin vest tops, sports luxe is the look of the season.
The tracksuit has slowly but surely been making a return of late and it’s officially time to embrace our inner 90s kid.
Kim Kardashian sparked the trend when she paired nostalgic Adidas popper bottoms with a barely-there bodysuit last year.
Top designers have also been embracing the sportswear trend by sending models down the runway in nylon trainers, (Prada) baggy hoodies (Fenty Puma by Rihanna) and supersized shellsuits (Burberry.)
A great way to make the look work is by pairing loose track bottoms with a crop top and statement sock boots for evening.
We’re also crushing over these metallic palazzo pants from Zara (see below) paired with a simple vest and cute basket handbag for summer.
And if you really want to go 90s, sling a cute bumbag around your hips for another way to work the trend.
